Remove Damaged Asphalt

At the pothole site, the damaged and loose asphalt is carefully cut and removed to create clean, defined edges. All debris, dust, and moisture are cleared using blowers or vacuum systems, ensuring a solid base.

By removing compromised layers and preparing solid vertical edges, the base is strengthened to ensure proper bonding of the new hot asphalt mix. This step is critical for long-lasting, durable repairs and prevents recurring pothole formation.

Convey Removed Material into the Recycling Chamber

The removed asphalt debris is immediately collected and conveyed into the truck’s recycling chamber.

Inside the chamber, the material is processed and reheated to the required working temperature, enabling efficient reuse and minimizing waste.

Clean the Area with High-Volume Air Blast

After removing the damaged asphalt, the repair area is thoroughly cleaned using a high-volume air blast.

This process removes loose particles, dust, and moisture, creating a dry and clean surface for strong bonding of the new asphalt mix.

Apply Tack Coat of Hot Emulsion

A hot emulsion tack coat is evenly applied to the prepared surface.

This bonding layer ensures strong adhesion between the existing pavement and the new asphalt mix, enhancing durability and preventing future failures.

Dispense Regenerated Hot Asphalt

The regenerated hot asphalt, maintained at the optimal working temperature, is dispensed directly into the prepared pothole area.

The material is evenly spread to fill the cavity completely, ensuring proper bonding and a smooth, durable repair.

Compact the Patch with Vibratory Roller

The filled asphalt patch is compacted using a vibratory roller to achieve proper density and strength.

This ensures a smooth surface finish, strong bonding, and a long-lasting repair that seamlessly integrates with the existing road.
