Performance of Belt Driven to Automatic is substantial as the Belt drive yields and loosens in hot weather leading to loss of performance and the blower will not be able to create enough vacuum and materials will be behind. It is much difficult to maintain.

Automatic transmission with fluid coupling system is a new technology. It increases efficiency and requires much lesser maintenance.

Most of the sweepers are with 5 CBM capacity hoppers and it fills up too fast and it has to be dumped. But dumping sites are too far away from the city. Because of this reason actual time spent on sweeping is way less because of the travelling time. And it also increases the fuel consumption.

Our MRG 10000 has 10 CBM Capacity Hopper. This is 2 times bigger than presently running machines. So actual time spent on the sweeping is 2 times more and fuel wasted is 50 % Less.

Both side brushes work together to collect the materials. But in the cities, materials are accumulated to the sides of the roads. So other brush mostly does not collect any material and is consumed without any use .

Though Margastra has two side brushes, two suction mouths and one middle brush, it has the capability for only one side brush with one side suction mouth to work when collecting materials from curb-side of the road. Simultaneous Sweeping is optional in Margastra, if there are materials on both sides, both side brushes and suction mouths work together with 3400 mm sweeping width. This option decreases the level of brush consumption.

Mechanical sweepers with old technology require frequent maintenance and repairs as per TERI findings and are not available for double shifts.

Our MRG10000 is a heavy duty Machine. It can be used on any kind of road and is the best for long distance running as it does not have any heating problems. With all these good features there will be no problem in working double shifts.

With smaller capacity hoppers in sweepers, more time will be wasted in dumping, traveling to dumping sites and coming back to working site. In 8 hour shift it is difficult to cover more sweeping area.
